This ended up being on poetry; however, not a big fan of poetry.. Blah..
The most recent author for teens that writes using verse is Ellen Hopkins she tells the story of her own daughters decent into addiction. Suprisingly enough for poetry it's pretty good, than again the accounts of the emotions and the problems that the people involve suffer comes from personal account.
