3344 M&W Narrative
A Narrative can be almost anything from a book to a song. A narrative tells a story, and the stroyline can be any where from Romance to Childrens Literature. As long as the writing conveys a message to the reader and has a beginning, middle, and end. Not only are those factors important, but the plot and details are to, why write if you aren't going to make it worth acknowleding. One example of a Narrative would be The Lightening Theif, it's got it all, and is a good storyline to use when teaching about the Greek Gods of Olympus. Not only is it pretty factual about the different God's, but the storyline would hold the audience it's intended for.
